Interior Design Consultation

The consultation consists of a hour visit in which I hope to gain insight into what you'd like to accomplish and give you some general strategies and direction about how to achieve that. I'll suggest things like general space planning ideas, a possible color scheme, hardscape materials that might be appropriate for your rooms, furniture placement recommendations, general lighting ideas, etc. Wherever practical, I'll also do some rapid sketching to help you visualize what I am proposing.

The consultation fee is $275.00 and it is due at the time of our meeting. If you are outside Modesto city limits and within 40 miles of Modesto, a travel fee of 45.00 will be assessed. if you are located further afoot, a travel fee will be discussed and mutually agreed upon.

At the conclusion of our time together, I will return to my office to create a written document that can act as a guide for you, highlighting the suggestions made in our meeting, as well as digital copies of the drawings done in your home for illustration. You will receive these items in your inbox by end of business seven business days from our meeting.

After that point, if you wish to use me as your designer (helping you to select specific materials, fixtures, flooring, paint, lighting, furniture, fabrics, etc.), we will enter into a Letter of Agreement with a deposit of $500.00, at a rate of my time at $120.00/hr.
